I placed an $80 order that morning and when I went to pick it up in the late afternoon I was told that my order was short 4 cookies, and that I would need to pick replacements. The blueberry cheesecake was one that I really wanted to try, and they were out at the time I picked them up. They were also out of chocolate chip. I was told they do not fill the orders until customers arrive because some do not show up. I feel that if I pay for them ahead of time, my order should be filled and placed to the side. I also paid an extra dollar for each box for what I thought was a happy birthday wrap, But instead it was an elastic band placed around the box and one happy birthday sticker. I do not Recommend paying the extra money for this. The cookies were very good, but I will not be placing party orders anymore.
