So I called and ordered a pepperoni calzone to be delivered and the lady on the phone said it would be less than 45 min (which it usually is, plus my house is less than 10 min away). After about 50 min I called to check and see if the driver had left yet because I had to leave the house soon, the same lady who took my order said "I don't see your tag here so it must've left." Sounded reasonable so I said okay and hung up. After 1 hr and 20 min I call again, a different person answers and says he doesn't even see my order in the system but there was a pepperoni calzone sitting there waiting for pick up so he could "rush" the driver to my house with that order. So I say okay. ALMOST 30 MINUTES LATER the driver shows up and I expect maybe some little discount for them messing up my order, but no. So I hand him a $20 which was all I had (total was $15 and change and I did not plan on tipping him) only to find out the driver doesn't have any change on him!!! What restaurant sends their delivery driver out with no f-ck-ng change??? I told him just to take it and I shut the door. Now I've had a few issues with their deliveries before: they bring me the wrong food, they take way too long, etc. I only reorder from them because I like their food and they're the only Italian place nearby. But after tonight I am definitely never eating there again or ordering delivery from them ever again. Their service is honestly the worst.
