We called in an order to go at 8:00pm and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived at 8:25 and the order was not ready but we didn't mind waiting. However, it seemed as if they were just preparing the order. And when we finally got the food it was 8:45. Then as the guy walked up with condiments in small plastic containers, he dropped them on the floor. I was stunned when he picked them up off the floor and threw them in one of our bags.

When we got home, starving by then, we were very were disappointed. The two orders of grilled chicken were completely burned and super dry! I tried to choke down a bite but it was just too dry. It didn't taste seasoned either. If I had looked at that chicken before I paid, I would have just walked out! There was a lot of very dry, bland rice. We also ordered a hummus. The hummus was in a small foil container spread very thinly on the bottom and up the sides of the container, clearly aimed at making it seem as if there was more than there actually was. The two small salads were very soggy and had way too much dressing.

Between three people, we ate two pieces of the "Home Bread," which was very good, and the tiny portion of hummus.

I'm baffled by the high reviews! We felt completely ripped off.
