The roasted duck here is simply the best in Fresno, with its incredible flavor, crispy skin, and juicy meat. I've enjoyed countless dim sum options and everything I've tried has been delicious, from the fried rice to the garlic green beans. Despite the low ratings, my family's experiences have always been satisfying, especially during the lively dim sum service on weekends where you can select from a variety of dishes straight from the carts.

Love the dim sum and the variety ! Seating is too close to home ther customers. Wait time is long : I waiting 75 minutes the last time I went.

Food is great, portion OK but THE SERVICE IS AWFUL!! They are mean and does not even smile. Does not ask if everything is fine or if we need anything else. The servers only entertain customers who are either white or Chinese.

Restaruant is great, food quantity is awesome however customer service is poor due to employee sweeping carpet floor near customers table....you can see the dust and see flying items which cause pollution to the food. All chineses restaurant do this and this is one of the biggest problems with their restaurant. i know some people stop going because of this. So...imperial garden, if you are reading this Pleaseeeeeee STOP sweeping....why not use wireless vacuum...the ones you role and collect food. .This will be great.
