Casa Quintero in Fresno is one of my husband's and my favorite Mexican food restaurants. The interior could use some updating, but the welcoming atmosphere makes me feel right at home. The shredded beef tacos and salsa are delicious, and the service is always friendly and attentive.

Jose and Blanca Quintero are the new owners of Casa Quintero. Former owners off La Fonda De Ofelia on Palm/ shields. We have great authentic Mexican food great service come by and try chef Jose great cooking.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
