The new location of La Fonda De Ofelia's owners, Casa Quintero on Ashlan and Fresno St., is a cozy spot with a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant, previously owned by the cook's brother, exudes a sense of familial charm and tradition. With their authentic Mexican cuisine and warm service, Casa Quintero is sure to become a favorite dining destination for many in Fresno.
