Service is not good. I tried ordering a cup of ice cream with strawberries, and could not have it. They said it was policy, but couldnt show me the policy. I've gone to that Foster's for over 20 yrs and was always able to get what I wanted. Thank goodness they are building something on the corner of Dinuba and Mcall. No more fosters for this family.
