When I first started visiting this bakery I was amazed by how wonderful everything tasted. That is when I decided to start eating Keto. Substituting their baked products for regular has kept my blood sugar levels where they need to be and I have lost 105 lbs in a little over a year. I feel great.

I thought it was too good to be true! The keto blueberry muffins and bread are so good. I have diabetes and celiac. Tested my blood sugar levels and they didn't spike. Must be magic. Customer for life!

This bakery really has it together. I have never been somewhere that the folks have went over the top to explain their goodies. Who gives out ingredients? They do. I can't believe all the doctors and nurses in line to get the goodies.

I went by on Sunday and picked up a blackberry and a strawberry tart. Not only was it over the top delicious it was a work of art. I almost didn't want to eat it.

OMG!!!!! Their Keto bread, pretzels and blueberry bread (really pound cake) are awesome!!!! The bread slices are so large it did not even fit in my standard toaster. No feeling deprived on a diet with these products.

It is very difficult to make Keto bake items taste and have similar textures as their high carb counter products. However Marinas has been able to make delicious baked goods hat for just that. Try them you won't be disappointed.

I've had the Keto bread, keto hoagies and the keto blueberry loaf. I tested my ketone blood levels with my nova max meter and none of them knocked me put of ketosis. The bread is HUGE and doesn't have a weird texture like most keto breads. Tastes better than regular bread I think. The hoagies hold up very well packed with meatballs. The blueberry loaf. OMG. That is nuts. I was not expecting to stay on ketosis with that. You could not tell at all that it was low carb. At $15 a loaf, you can get 12- 13 huge sandwiches. A steal and completely worth it. I have to try the pretzels and bagels next. Love this place.
