The chicken and sides are simply divine, and although it tends to be bustling, the flavors are worth the wait. The service from the lovely ladies at the counter is warm, welcoming, and adds to the overall enjoyable dining experience.

Waited 40 minutes for a 20 piece bucket of chicken and 6 hot wings. 7 people in the back of the house and only 4 working. No consideration for the customer.

I wasn't satisfied with the service or the little over cooked wings. I called my order in they said it would be ready in about 15 to 20 minutes and it wasn't ready so after waiting another 15 minutes I received my order. When I got to work which is 20 minutes away I sat down and prepared to eat my dinner it was horrible. The wings were very small and overcooked I couldn't eat them so I called them and explained to them that I stopped going to JJ'S and Sharks because of this problem. I asked to speak with a manager and was told to call back the next day and I did but still no manager and the lady on the phone said she don't know when the manager will be in because they are in and out . Very displeased and upset about this.
