Today, I hopped over to Hobart for a quick bite at New Hong Kong. It hit me that I've been chowing down here for over two decades and hadn't shared the love yet. Back in the day, I'd swing by multiple times a week during my 7 or 8 years living nearby; now, I make the trek whenever I can. The authentic Chinese flavors here are unbeatable, and the owner's hospitality always leaves me with a smile.
