The service at this establishment is efficient and the food is delicious. While the customer service may not be the friendliest, the staff ensures orders are accurate. The overall experience is enjoyable, with consistently great food and welcoming cashiers.

Ordered the family special of catfish. Everyone finished their plates clean. Will order their wings next week. Looked great when I picked up.

I ALWAYS have good service! I call in my order its ready when I get there and the staff is nice.

I called to place a order for pick up and they asked if I can hold, they put the phone down for over 22 minutes. I tried calling on another phone because I didn't want to hang up, I wanted to see how long it was going to take before they took my order, and I kept getting a busy signal. Needless to say I didn't place the order and all they said was sorry it was busy. This place sounds like it's going to close real soon just like all the other places in that area, what's wrong with those people, very poor customer service very unprofessional, totally unacceptable who does that, when there are so many other fish, shrimp and chicken places.
