This particular Harold's Chicken has gone down hell. The service is awful. Then when you complain they act like you are doing them a favor. I placed an order at 1:20pm and it is currently 2:30 and my very small order is not ready. They are acting like they had to go and pluck the chicken, cut it up, clean it, and fry it. This isn't the 1st time either. One time they did not have my order at all then when I complained about it, a young lady hung up on me. I shouldn't have went back after that incident but I decided to give them another chance. The food doesn't appear fresh anymore. You ask for your chicken well done (crispy) and its still soft. If you want great customer service and want to feel like your business is appreciated, do not go to this Harold's. I thought bringing a Harold's into Dyer was good but nope, they could have kept this mess in the city.
