My boyfriend and I went to this location in February 9, my birthday. As soon as the waiter came to the table to take our order, my boyfriend told him that it was my birthday and to make sure that I get a dessert. The waiter took our order for appetizers and drinks because we weren't ready to order. He came back about 15 minutes later to take the entree order. We sat for over 30 minutes waiting for our appetizers that came out only 5 minutes before the entree. The waiter dropped the food off and was missing for 20 minutes. I had to stop him because he wasn't going to stop and to check on our table. Had to stop him to get a refill for my boyfriend. The waiter comes back with a visibly filthy cup and just drops it off and walks away. Waited 10 minutes to see him again to let him know the cup was filthy. Once we were ready for the bill the waiter stood at the bar talking for 30 minutes until another waiter told him that I was upset and looking for a manager. The manager comes out with a glass that he's drinking out of to see what I needed. My boyfriend explained to him how the service sucks and we didn't see the dessert for my birthday. The manager offered me dessert but I refused it because by this time I just wanted to leave. The manager did take a little off the bill but I really didn't care for that either. I wanted them to do better. Now, mind you, our table was the only table he had to wait on while we were there. The only reason why I'm giving 2 stars is because the food was good and that's the only thing saving them.
