The whoppers were cold. The meat was cold. The cheese was not melted. The service was not friendly. I was the worst experience.Burger King has good food. but yesterday it was like who ever was serving preparing food did not care how they served it. $15.00.Wasted.

Was there tonight with kids, 4 sandwaches, waited 20 mins, went inside. 1cust getting refund, manager looked at me said if yr waiting on yr food, give her her refund too. Other customer said they shorted her refund. Then waited for 13 more mins, manager stated they short handed. Finally received a refund.
They so need help here, and new manager as well. Someone that can help boat stay afloat not sink.
