I was very disgusted with the behavior at this checkers! My mom got an American burger and the mayonnaise did not taste right on it,so I took it up to the front to get my money back.So I took it up there and told her it didn't taste right and she said "whats wrong with it?" and I said it didn't taste right,it was almost like she didn't believe me.So she told her manager and said "she said there's something wrong with this burger but she wont tell me what",and she made a real ugly face like,yeah right there's nothing wrong with the burger.so the woman came back to me and grabbed the burger,dropped it and picked it up again.Its like she was just too lazy to pick up the burger,she had a really bad attitude.so the manager came back and asked me the same question they had already asked me 5 times,"whats wrong with it" I said the same thing, the mayonnaise doesn't taste right.So she gave me my money back.It was like pulling teeth to get my money back.they acted like I was just trying to get free money...she took 1 bite out of it so its not like she ate the whole burger and tried to get the money.I mean come on lets be serious.I went back to my seat and came back to the front and asked for a napkin because i wanted an excuse to find out there name.But i should've known that none of them was wearing there name tags so they can just trash their customers!I hope the girl that was being so disrespectful reads this and realizing that she was wrong! My mom neither will I ever go back to this Checkers ever again.I will tell all of my friends and family to never go there.I promise you wont get your moneys worth.I don't appreciate the way I was treated!
