The restaurant offers competitive prices and is conveniently located in a bustling shopping mall. The ambiance is inviting, and the level of service is exceptional, as recommended by my personal trainer and gym owner. Despite my overzealous order of 20 shrimp after a grueling workout, I barely managed to finish it and learned my lesson to opt for the chicken next time. The food quality is impressive, especially the flavorful chicken and sauce, served hot and promptly by the friendly staff, ensuring a satisfying dining experience that I would confidently suggest to a friend.

I have had their wings numerous times and they are always good and I have never had a problem with them. My orders have always been correct but that does not mean they can not make a mistake. They do have the best wings and the prices are good. I am going to order some now for tonight.

I love eating here. There hot wings are the best, their fish and chicken tenders. Wish they could figure out a way to keep their to-go order fries from getting soggy. There have been a few times they've gotten our order wrong, but they've always made good on it. They need help for call ins - sometimes I call and it rings forever or they have to put you on hold to take care of customers at the counter...so, they need help with that. But, you can't beat the food. Those few things are the only reason I didn't give them a five. Getting ready to place an order now.

BEST PEOPLE & FOOD IN TOWN! I go there at least 3x's a month, sometimes more. Fast friendly service. Everything there is great. A real deal for the money. Highly recommend. (person from Senoia was probably a real pill & knowing the people @ Chicken Run- I found the story hard to believe)

As a frequent consumer of Chick-N-Run, I would like to inform you that there is a sign at the counter that reads, "Please check order before leaving." This is because as humans, mistakes are bound to happen- especially when it is a busy night. However, I know the staff well enough to know that they didn't basically just tell you, "Well, tough luck!" because the staff goes out of their way to satisfy customer needs. That's why most of their customers are repeat customers.

Poor customer service! I had a Togo order, got all the way home and it was wrong! Called to let them know and they said i had come back now or they couldn't do anything. I live all the way in Senoia! (Thirty min away)
