Poor service on two occasions. Both times I called in the order. After ordering this past time I waited before I left my house and when I arrived at the drive thru the food still was not ready. It was not busy and no one else in line. Both times I ordered a chicken finger meal. Both times I was given a child's meal. I often order food from Harry's and go to the drive thru. I went inside to deal with the issue. Bad customer service from the African American girl with braids but taller African American girl was concerned and was certainly going to make sure the order was correct. The girl with the attitude stated that it was a SIMPLE MISTAKE and not ON HER. Incorrect order one time is a simple mistake, doing it two times seems like it is a issue. She must have forgotten that she is an employee of Harry's. She needs to fired or at least retrained.

My first time ever going to Harrys Bbq I ordered some cheese sticks from there waited 10 mins and when i receive them they was cold & soggy very disappointed , i called the restaurant and made a complaint and they told me to bring them back that was on a Friday so when i got off work it slipped my mind because i don't live in Claxton Ga so i called Monday when they was open to talk to somebody and they told me that nobody talked to me there by this time i was ferrous , and said that i was never going to eat there again but i did this time i ordered a roast beef platter with 2 piece of bread some roast beef and gravey on top with sweet potatoes fries on top and im like what the hell did i just buy , and again it was cold i thought me going there was going to be a good experiences since before these incident i tasted some of there chicken salad from a friend and it was AMAZING then when i go here for myself it was a complete disappointment never again will they get money !

Ordered a shrimp and oyster plate. Shrimp tasted good but were basically cold when I got them. Only 9 shrimp on the plate. Oysters were the soggiest fried oysters I've ever had and they were only 5 of them on the plate. Paid a good 17 dollars for it and honestly a waste of money

OMG, I have never in my entire life had Potato Salad at a BBQ place, where they used canned YES canned Potatoes. The taste was horrible. If you are that stretched for time PLEASE take the Salad off the menu !!!!!!!!!!!!

The hush puppies were great. We could have made ourselves sick from eating too many of them. The few areas we feel need improving based on our visit are as follows. We did not care for the way the orders were placed and the food was served. We found the two attendants were having to write everything down, take the payment and hand deliver order to the kitchen. When the food was brought to the dining room, the waitress had to shout out your number (we had to listen very closely for our number). This system isn't efficient because many people have hearing problems and unless you are close to kitchen you will not hear your number. An issue occurred when you do not allow substitutions on orders (some people are allergic to certain food items like cole slaw/with mayo). The Brunswick stew was not the type that suited our taste buds. It contained mostly potatoes and not much else.

We have been regular customers at Harry's for many years. It is one of our very favorite restaurants for our date nights. The service is great, food is delicious and very reasonable. My wife loves their steaks and I love their fried shrimp. We sometimes switch it up and have their delicious barbeque as well. We have tried about 2/3 of the menu items and have not found a single one that wasn't delicious. We would recommend it to anyone passing thru Hagan or if you just want to enjoy a drive thru the country and a great meal at an out of the way location you will love it.
