The Food is good when it's fresh but sometimes it's not to fresh. They are very friendly. Only thing i don't like they don't never answer the phone to take orders like before

I personally love panda express in millen always greated with smiles and great customer service and there food is always amazing .

Don't eat there. Chinese Restaurants have never been so bad. The food is either soggy or old. The chicken has a terrible red sauce and tastes refried (old). I doubt if they have 6 visitors a day.

Don't waste your money. You will be very disappointed. It is the only restaurant of its' type in Millen but they have no pride about food preparation.
