During my recent visit, the service stood out as exceptional thanks to our server, Kendall, who truly went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Despite the chaos caused by the aftermath of a storm in Pooler, we decided to drive to Statesboro and were pleasantly surprised by the fast and efficient service we received. While the portion sizes left something to be desired, the overall quality of the food was good, and the ease of ordering over the phone was a convenient touch. Although my experience with the steak and shrimp dish fell short of expectations, I look forward to exploring other menu options at Shogun Hibachi Grill & Sushi Bar, such as the Nikko Special Spicy Tuna and the Yakiniku steak that come highly recommended for a truly satisfying dining experience.
