Food was cold on buffet, not marked if beef or chicken. Very little food on buffet. Charged 3.5% processing fee for debit/credit crads was added before they even seen if we was paying cash.

the food is really good, not sure if they got a new chef, or if they were just out of the jumbo shrimp.....but got take out, so didn't discover til we got it home that the (2) orders of Seafood Delight....menu says mussels, jumbo shrimp and scallops.....had NO shrimp, but that fake? crabmeat instead.....was still really yummy, but was bummed that there was no shrimp.....

Poor service. Worst sushi I've ever tried. Wasabi old dry rubber cake ball. Room temperature beer. Never going back. Also waitress was rude and wasn't even wearing a mask.

We eat sushi on a regular basis there and have always enjoyed the freshness and artistic beauty of each dish. Our daughter who lives in Atlanta and is a sushi connoisseur was really impressed. We highly recommend Tin Loon and have really enjoyed their Hibachi as well.

Awful Buffett. Everything on it is very old, soggy, and/or dried out. Also never order take out over the phone for anything that may be found on the Buffett, because that is exactly where it will come from.

We went to your lunch buffet today..Most of the mat items that you had to offer were too sweet . and the spring roll were greasy as well as the fried veggie you had tasted like they were dipped in paste.We have been to your restaurant many times and have never been so disguisted as we were today..Also ordered sushi to go..there were no salads as ordered, when I took it back in to have the order corrected. your cashier thought it was more important that she tip out a waitress rather than correct the error. You really blew it today.. We will take out business elsewhere in the future...

The food is excellent,server was very nice,If people doesn't like it because they are picky and inpatient. 1st trips visit,try to get perfect.should stay home served and cook yourself !

Our group filled the whole grill table and our cook was very entertaining. The food was very tasty and more than enough to eat. Excellent evening, lots of laughter and fun.

This restaurant is amazing they have great food and the waitresses are very nice. I would say if you Had the opportunity you should try it!!!

Terrible Service!! Went in on 23 May 2009 for sushi with my girlfriend. Took the waitress 15 minutes to get our drink order. 30 minutes later, our appetizer (calamari) had not shown up. I asked what the holdup was and no one could seem to answer. I asked for the manager and 10 minutes later, still, NO MANAGER. We were the only ones in the entire restaurant that ordered sushi, as everyone else was either at the buffet or habachi grill. Sushi chef, waitress, and other person were very condescinding which is very ironic as I can pay all of their yearly salaries with one pen stroke in my checkbook. Needless to say, we left the restaurant after waiting a total of 50 minutes and receiving only 2 cokes. I will never go back to this establishment as they obviously didn't send their employees to a customer service class, and their food system is totally unacceptable...
If you are on vacation in Blue Ridge, save yourself the frustration.... Spend your money elsewhere.
