We ordered chicken parmigiana, we got our salads and rolls and drinks, when our chicken came my husband was the chicken was flat and crispy, the pasta looked fresh and the sauce bright. My chicken was lumpy and pasta looked old and the sauce was real dark. My chicken ended up being chicken tenders not breast. I ordered the $9.50 dinner and got the $6.00 lunch. Told the waitress, she had someone from the kitchen come to our table. He said he couldn’t see the food on the plate, because he didn’t have his glasses on. What a joke!! Need the old owners back. Won’t being going there again.

The pasta is pretty good, Marinara not so much, but potato pasta, & misc, other items along with the salads & BREAD are excellent (if you get enough bread for the number of orders placed!!) whoever answers their phone is very rude & tells you your order will be ready in 15-20 min. (We waited 15-20 min. Several times, to wait another 15-20 min. Once we got there... Evidentially they start a take out orders only when they know you're going to pick it up..no matter how many times you've ordered from there.) everyone has "off days" & I guess this was one of mine. I called to just let them know what had been happening EVERYTIME we called in an order. One, very nice lady answered the phone, apologized, told me with an entree w/side salad ordered along with a not her lg. Salad as a meal, we should have gotten a loaf of bread & should have gotten salad dressings!!! Which we didn't..Then another lady got on the phone, she told me something completely different! (As if I wasn't already aggregated enough & disappointed that we were not going to enjoy pasta/salad, another person a lg. salad & we had no dressing & 1/2 a loaf of bread) Granted, this wasn't a lg. Order, however we do eat there very often! You'd think they'd be better to loyal customers??? I guess like all "fast food" places (which normally, I wouldn't put them in that category) but the explanation of them being very busy & only getting a couple of packs of crackers for a lg. Salad along with another entree & side salad 1/2 loaf of bread, they tend to fit in the fast food category with a finer dining price ..ill be sure to find out WHEN they started cooking our order & if we should order a whole loaf of bread...even Olive Garden GIVES you all the salad & bread you want @ a lot more reasonable $$ ..The come back & we'll give you the dressing & "let" you purchase a whole loaf of bread was out of the question. Not sure who usually answers the phone (don't think it was the 1st one I spoke to tonight, she was very nice & wanted to make things right. The 2nd one who got on the phone said she was the mgr. must be the one who usually answers, because she was less than helpful, never got the memo about being courteous to your customers. All this being said, I didn't ask for ANYTHING, the 1st lady offered to make things right, the mgr. never offered to make things right, except to "next time let us Buy a whole loaf of bread". This is not the first time someone has told me the person who answers the phone is rude & hateful! This may sound very petty to some of you, who are use to eating there & paying more than you could get at other places..then people also wonder why we don't spent $ locally. (We do for locals, who treat everyone like family!) just remember to ask what you will get, when it will be ready for pick up, How much it costs & make sure you have what you're supposed to have before you leave the building! Plus, like me, express your concerns if you are not satisfied, don't ask for anything, don't raise your voice or use ugly language, if you do, you're dropping to their level & basically that's what this post is all about.

The meat dishes are better than the Italian dishes. Food is fair to good depending.

Don't miss them mountain GEM! Love the red sauce, the fresh hot bread and the delicious fresh salads with homemade dressing. i have been many times with only 5***** service and food. It is a favorite and drive an hour to enjoy their offerings! The red sauce has a FRESH taste and waitresses have always been helpful and professional. This place is a success! Thanks Charlie and Collette!

I had the 10" sausage, peppers and onion, marinara and mozzarella. sandwich from the lunch menu. I told them to hold the spaghetti and AMERICAN cheese. Yes, they put that on the sadwich. The biggest complaint I have is they cut up the sausage. This way, I get about 3 inches of sausage in a 10" sandwich. With that kind of ratio, less than half the bites had sausage in them. Furthermore, I highly doubt the sausage is made in house. Service was good. The young lady was attentive. Oh yeah, they put fried onion rings on top of the sandwich. Didn't see that in the description. I was asked if I wanted ketchup for them.
