My Spouse and I, and another couple went to your restaurant the night before we left to come home.
I ordered prime rib, it was mostly chunks of fat, and tasted funny. I told the waitress, she just said, "fatty huh", and walking off, never did anything else, never even offered us any refills on drinks. Poor food service.
I was sick all night and next day on the way home, from the prime rib. Ruined my trip to Helen.

The food was marginal but the service was terrible. The bartender outside is rude and unappreciative. He was accosting just about every customer that came through the line. We drove a long way to get here I just wanted a cold beer and a brat. If you want to visit a good clean Bavarian village, go to Frankenmuth Michigan. Way better than Helen, Ga.

The food was okay, but the customer service was atrocious and downright disgusting. When I walked to the bar, there were multiple waitresses there, none of whom acknowledged me, I had to wave one of them down. Unfortunately, the waitress was rude and obviously didn't want to serve me. She didn't acknowledge me and after she took my order she just walked off without saying a word. She never checked on my order and by the time my husband went to ask for someone else to give us an update, the food was ready and the fries were barely warm - meaning the food was ready for a while. We had hungry kids and couldn't be bothered to stick around when we already received bad service. I won't go back, there are better options in Helen with far superior customer service. Would rate 0 stars if I could, based on the service that was provided. There's no reason to be disrespectful to your customers who just want food to eat and to be treated with dignity.

Very good restaurant in Helen, Ga. We have dinner several times while visiting North Georgia Mountains.
Enjoy your lunch or dinner watching the river om the terrace.
