When it comes to BBQ, I know my stuff. Forget about fancy frills and just focus on the basics done right - that's what you'll find here. The pulled pork and stew were outstanding, no doubt about it - I'd come back just for that stew alone!

Their stew is out of this world.. like BBQ also but more of a stew person.
Everytime we pick up food and bring it home to enjoy.. my husband and I argue about the ingredients in the stew. I think it has sweet corn, chicken and pork.. Of course
Lots of ground tomatoes.. The best.. wish I could make it like this..just a good meal.. Hope they stay open FOREVER..

THis BBQ shop is only open on Thursday, Friday, and Sat. The information on this website is incorrect and the Holcombe's folks have tried to get it changed, but it seems to be there permanently. They did not post this. I am not sure about the hours - Thursday until 5 and Friday until about 6.
The meat and stew are great!
