Food was fine. Just fine. But service less than desirable. The waitress was not knowledgeable. Every question we asked she seemed puzzled and unsure. I ordered a Greek salad with chicken. When it arrived it had no chicken. They told me it needed to be cooked and would arrive later. So everyone else in our party ate before I started. We were unhappy with our service.

just ate lunch there the food was great service was amazing best margarita I've ever tasted. great meal deals. we'll definitely be back. thank you for an awesome dining experience.

This used to be my favorite pizza place. Unfortunately, the last few times have been a disappointment. New chef?? More effort at the steak house? All I know is they advertise a Mediterranean pizza with kalamata olives and the last several times they've used black olives. Disappointed.

Downtown Cafe is very nice inside but the lighting is on the dark side. It was hard to read the menu. I ordered a Philly steak Stromboli.i t was very good but was not filled up like the Stromboli s at the Downtown cafe in Lavinia. Their Stromboli fill the whole plate not like the one in Hartwell which only filled half the plate. I feel that the atmosphere at the Downtown Cafe in Hartwell was very inviting but the food at the one in Lavinia is better.
