Worst place ever rude disrespectful don't use gloves don't wash hands no hairnets they never have a delivery driver or your food wrong or it's ice cold when you do get it! They are absolutely by far the worst Pizza Hut I've dealt with!! The manager is even worse! They always out of something or closing the doors early! It needs be shut down and have a whole new team! Never will I go back! They really forget who pay them!

There is no salad bar, just pizza and pasta. We came in at 12 noon on teusday. There was hardly anything on the buffet and only 3 or 4 tables occupied. Pizzas were not great, toppings were stale except for the dessert pizza which was really good but very sweet. Dr pepper was not mixed right couldn't hardly drink any of it. Tables were sticky and even though we told the waitress she didn't do anything about it. Waitress was busy jaw wing with a couple of ladies and only came by once to ask if we were alright after we were done. Will not be back.

01/04/2015 - Not happy
Ordered pizza at 9:50pm online. Pizza Hut immediately called to tell me they closed at 10:00 pm and they couldn't take my order the computers are shut down. Feel like if you close at 10 then that's when you stop taking orders. Bad business!

I'm a serious pizza lover! Now that being said this franchise is not good but not bad. I came in for the buffet the pizza tasted like they had a bunch of toppings about to go bad & the crust tasted stale. The pasta what ever kind it was the noodles where completely over cooked soggy & taste like water. Now the salad bar had a pretty good selection & was really good. The service was subpar I believe because of the buffet the server thought she didn't have to check on the tables. If you want Pizza Hut I'd recommend driving a few extra miles to the lavonia location.
