amazing food and service

We used to go and enjoyed the food and atmosphere. However they have changed to no table service and the food is not nice and warm like it used to be. They need to improve their steam table or better yet go back to the way it used to be. We have quit going there because the last time we went my Beef Liver and Onions was cold. I ask about bread and was told they would bring it to the table. No one ever came to our table and we never got any bread. Other tables did get bread and refills of beverages and again no one ever stop by our table at all. We are long time regular customer so you would think someone would at least acknowledge our presence. We are not the only ones that has quite going there for dinner, several people we know do not go any more. You would think they would get the message when their dining room is empty at night and other restaurants are running over. We liked to go there because they did have table service where the other restaurant did not.

Never know when they will be open or closed! Food is usually good. Never know if they are going to have the item you order because they are out of items often. Wish they were more consistent. Service is good.
