Great food , good staff , have been a customer for years. The only down side is the traffic at dinner time on weekends . But that's ok I am going there now .

When I use up my points for the meals I have gotten and paid for I plan on taking my burger cravings to another place.
I did and until recently like to get my bacon,cheese burgers there.
They were always good.
Lately I've been having problems getting a WHOLE SLICE OF ONION put on my burger.
I like ONION on burgers.
I get just a few chunks or the outside ring of .
a onion NOT GOOD TO EAT..

Food is as expected, not amazing, but good. Service is usually fast, time of day dependant. The downside, and it is often, is missing items. It usually seems to be the same items, for me at least, in that the sauces are left out or the buns are left out. What makes the matter more annoying is the drive if an item is left out. A turn around means reheating food, which equates to less than desirable food.
It's great they hire the girls from Gordon Lee, but a check list should be instituted with each order as a order ticket seems to be something that some cannot follow.

Left buns/bread out of our order. After driving 20 minutes back to get the missing items they still didn't give us enough. Had to go back in and argue to get more but still not what we should have. Wasted too much gas, time, and breath for mediocre food and horrible service. This isn't the first time we've had poor service from this place. We will not give them another chance. There are too many very good BBQ places near here that will appreciate our business.

I love this place. Great food, great service, generous portions and very reasonably affordable. Best ribs in the area in my opinion. I only wish they had ice cream, but the strawberry shortcake does just fine.

Awesome food and service. I have been there numerous times and have never had any bad or rotten food served. The food portions are very generous. Love their fried okra! My son is leaving to go there now to pick up some take out from there.

One of my favorite places to eat at least once or twice a week. My favorite is their catfish fillet plate with side of brunswick stew, green beans and potato logs. I also really like their bbq pork plate and the bbq rib plate. The ribs are some of the best I have ever had. Their salad bar is really good and is optional for one of your side items for just a 1.50 extra. My wife loves their pinto beans. My family and friends like to eat here also. Staff is always nice and helpful if needed. No complaints at all from me.

We have lived in the south and now travel via car throughout the US and Choo Choo BBQ has been amazing two years in a row. We altered our vacation just to stop here again for the pulled pork and fried pickles. We will be back next year as well.

OMG. What an awful experience. The pulled pork sandwich was rotten. The meat smelled literally foul. I pointed it out to the waitress and she agreed it was nasty. She took it back to the kitchen and the cook agreed it was rotten. She told me they were pulling it off the line. Duh!!! You think? It was taken off our bill but the staff seemed not at all concerned as I went into the bathroom to vomit. They made sure my husband paid for his meal & the soda That I had. I was appalled that we had to pay for anything. Will NEVER return!!!!!!!

Wonderful BBQ pork and the best fries in seven states. The BBQ sauce is excellent, sweet, but not too sweet. Haven't tried everything but I hear the loaded baked potatoes are super!! Good portions sizes and just delicious!! Good job!!
