No stars, but had to leave one to get this posted. Went there for a birthday breakfast this morning. An hour and a half to get food! Then it was cold when we got it. I could not eat mine. The manager and server separately told our party of 7 three times that our food was "on its way" they were telling customers that the line was "a little behind." The manager gave us a whopping 25% discount for inedible food. Absolutely horrible.

I've been very disappointed in the last several months of visits. I have had many meals at this location for years and the quality has drastically gone down. They always had the best coffee around, but now it isn't even drinkable, I leave it on the table many times untouched after the first two or three sips. Secondly, it is the middle of winter and cold, the store had the air conditioning running. I sat and froze through the entire meal. The quality of food has also gone down. The gravy and biscuits were always so good. Today's, the gravy looked like drywall mud it was so thick. And the biscuits didn't look homemade as usual. The service is always good and the workers are very nice and helpful, but something has gone drastically wrong in the kitchen.
