Better than 5 stars! The food is wlwats awesome, served fresh & hot & fresh. The servers and staff are all always friendly. We've never had a bad experience here.

I love this place - the food is excellent! For an appetizer, I usually get the spring rolls, which are served with a peanut butter sauce. Yum-O! I used to get the Pho when I visited Saigon Noodle, but now I have discovered something even better - it's the Shrimp & Beef Vermicelli Bowl! It is absolutely delicious! Truthfully, it's extremely addicting. I have been known to show up three times in one week and order the same bowl! But if you go and order a Vermicelli Bowl, just be cautious that you may become addicted to it and start craving it at the oddest times. If someone told me I could have it everyday, I would probably take them up on that offer! It's heaven. Seriously though, it really is good and the staff is very friendly. I haven't tried the honey chicken yet, but I've heard it's amazing also. And if you like Pho, you'll love it at Saigon Noodle.

We had the worst restaurant experience ever here today. I get that a restaurant located near the base would be busy at lunch time on a Friday but our experience was horrendous! First, we were not greeted and had to ask if we could be seated. Then, we waited 20 or so minutes and had to ask if we could place our order to another waitress besides the one who finally seated us. Then, after we had waited 40 minutes we asked where our food was and was told we were next in line. At the 1 hour mark, I asked another waitress who the manager was and we wanted to speak to them and the manager never came over. Finally, at an hour and ten minutes we got our food. The food was delicious but the service was terrible. When we finally spoke to the manager at the register, he told us if we didn't like our experience we didn't have to come back. This used to be one of my favorite places but I won't be back after this. I have never in my life been told by a manager to not come back. He didn't even want to listen. He kept interrupting and telling us they were busy. When we said that people who had been seated way after us had gotten there food before us he told us we were wrong.
