The food at this restaurant has always been consistently hot, fresh, and delicious in my experience over the past two years. The staff is friendly and provides quick service, making the dining experience enjoyable. Despite some negative reviews regarding wait times and delivery, I personally find the food to be worth the wait and a great option for satisfying Chinese cuisine cravings.

Love me some Orient Express. My friends and I opened the store with Danny way back in the day and still to this day we enjoy Orient Express.

I ordered for delivery from them a few weeks ago. Their pamphlet states delivery is only possible if the minimum order is over $10. When I ordered, my total came to $16+. I then tipped the driver $5.

I called again today 2/3/2015 and tried to order roughly $15+ worth of food and was told that the minimum charge is now $20 for my area and that the other lady was wrong. I asked the lady where does it state that on the website or the pamphlet. She responded "that's how we always do it". I disagreed and then we parted ways.

Not using them for delivery anymore unfortunately.

Worst place to order food. I found a roach in my meal when.I.brought it back they called me a liar saying it had to come from my home. The lady behind the counter has to be the rudest person I have ever met. Not only would they not.give me.my money.back they my account was charged numerous amounts of time. I am still currently in a law suit with these people. Worst tasting food I have.ever had also. I.wish.they would have negative stars for their reviews

The food is definitely by far the BEST Chinese Carryout in Hinesville/Ft.Stewart. I have had the Shrimp & Beef Broccoli, General T'so Chicken, Shrimp Fried Rice, Shrimp Egg Foo Young, and Shrimp Egg Rolls. Loved It. It is great for here. Being from up North we have had excellent Chinese and this was definitely the closest.

We ordered our food at 6:00 PM and they told us 45 mins.. Well here it is 1 1/2 hours later and we just now got our COLD food. We've ordered before from them and have never had this problem but this definitely has changed our minds about this place. Never will order from them again.

So this place has been shut down the last few days for health reasons. I have eaten here a few times and it is just not good. They reused my card and would not give me money back. Just beware when you order from these people.

Been ordering from here for the past 9 months and it rocks......best Chinese around this area. Can't complain....just wish they had Sushi

Been doing business with since they opened. Never had a problem. Love the food and the customer service is always great. Never had any problems with writing checks and have never had one automatically deducted from my account either.

BEWARE!! SOLDIERS DO NOT WRITE CHECKS TO THIS RESTAURANT, THEY WILL USE YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND START AUTOMATIC DRAFTING FROM YOUR ACCOUNT! JAG IS IN THE WORKS TO BLACK LIST THIS RESTAURANT FROM SOLDIERS. THE FOOD IS OK, THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THE RESTAURANT IS DIRTY AND UNKEPT. BAD EXPERIENCE I LEARNED FROM!! BEWARE!!
