For your response on missing sub, maybe you should talk to your customers and see how your employees talk to them!! The only cuss word I said was dam. She kept telling me I had to drive back to Waycross to get a refund. And they may have gotten the order right if the 2 young lady's at the front had not been messing on their phone's. I do love Michael Deli, I will cont to eat at the one in Brunswick

After eating at Michaels, my wife and I wound up at the hospital later that night with FOOD POISONING !! Never again will we visit this nasty place !

Picking up a called in order. Paid for it and took a seat. After 10 minutes and seeing diners that ordered and got their food, I asked the same cashier to check for mine. She did and they started bagging it. I asked if it had been ready and sitting there. She said yes and it wasn't a big deal. I told her it was a big deal to me. I was patiently waiting for my order. She said that I hadn't asked about it since I paid for it---as if that was my responsibility. This girl started having an attitude with me because she didn't do her job. It was ridiculous. She was not worth my time. I spoke to the manager who apologized, made excuses, and said she would talk to the cashier. I'm doubtful anything will be done. I'll never go back. And recommend that you don't either.

The worst experience ever!! Pick up sub, first did not check food until I got home and the order was wrong first of all but due to the restaurant being 15 minutes away did not want to go back. Began eating sub which was a veggie sub and halfway through it felt as if I was eating dirt yes dirt. I spit out food and yes it was black dirt and every time I think about it I get sick to my stomach. The worst experience ever. After today regardless how tired i may be I think I will not be eating out again for a LONG time. How can people be so nasty!!!!! So all I can say eat at your own risk I know who will not!!!! This was in Waycross Ga on city boulevard..
