The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I have been a loyal customer for many years, and the quality of the food keeps improving with each visit. The prices are very reasonable, and the option of a drive-thru adds convenience to the experience. It has become a tradition for me to dine here every Sunday after church, and I always leave satisfied with the delicious offerings and excellent service.

I have been going to New Hong for 20+years. Me and my better half went in and there was signs above the shrimp that you will be charged dinner prices if you eat shrimp or steak(there was no steak out) it was 330 in the afternoon. I only ate the lunch stuff..... When we get bill it is charging us both dinner prices. I went to Jenny and explained I had not ate any of the dinner food. She is rude and says that it has done switched over. I ask to speak to Ben and he says next time he will make it right with Jenny speaking where I cldnt understand her..... I told him I probably won't be back because that was just not right. Ben I hope you read this and you ought to know Jenny is running ur customers off and putting money in her pocket.

I was expecting a Chinese restaurant instead it was American food with a few things Chinese. They had wonton soup and fried wontons and something passed off as fried rice. The skirt steak was good and the chicken skewers were ok. For the price of 8.99 I was expecting to have some kind of lo mein noodles, but they were absent from the buffet. I will never eat there again because of the food, the staff was very friendly.
