Celebrating my brother-in-law's 40th birthday at Coastal Kitchen was an unforgettable experience, with incredible food, attentive service, and stunning views of the marshes and marina. Whether you're stopping for a light snack or a full meal, the atmosphere and delicious seafood make it a must-visit during your time on St. Simons Island.

Ordered appetizer of steamed oysters, presentation was great, but oysters were small, barely warm and not tasty. I ordered the broiled swordfish and it was extremely dry. I tasted nothing other than than the blackened seasoning. It came with two fried cakes that were also bland. The sauce was a spicy red sauce that was sparse on the plate. Green beans were boring. I would not go again based on this meal. Husband's redfish was spicy and the andullei sausage was chunky and unappetizing.

My family and I go to St Simons every January for a month, we always go to the Coastal Kitchen three times a week.
We love the food and view from the big windows, the severs and new owners are a delight to visit with, really nice down to earth props!
We will come again next year,

While traveling through Georgia, I wanted to take my new wife to a restaurant on the water, I was told, go to Coastal Kitchen, St Simons!
To our delight, it was flabious and the view was exactly what I was looking for!!!
The waitress, was so peasant, she gave us names of places to go see and recommend we go to the St Simons beach, it was beautiful!
I would recommend to anyone to not miss this hidden utopia !
We will be coming back soon . Soon I hope!

Went there for flounder. It was a piece of old tasting fish with about a spoon on stuffing on it. The worst meal I had while in StSimons!
