Rude to customers, filthy, tank tops, no hair nets, smoking while cooking people's food ... and good old fashioned Chinese child labor. Apparently once your behind that dingy counter you can just about do and say what you please to you customers maybe that's why the place looks like it does profits slowly dropping with no extra funds to take pride in their establishment
