I called to place an order wasn't familiar with the menu was told to go over the menu off of Facebook went over the menu. .. call back within 5 minutes phone was off the hook never could get through with anybody for a small town to have a restaurant and would take the phone off the hook it's really disrespectful

We decided to come out and eat tonight. Because we had a great experience before. Tonight not so much. Indoor eating wasn't that busy at all. Waitress wasn't the greatest. We did see that short staffed sign on the door. But honestly it's the same people that was cooking as it was when we had a great experience.
The food is definitely not the same as it was. My husband's hamburger steak had no flavor at all. I didn't even get to eat my meal as we had sat there for too long.
What I did notice was that the to-go orders were made priority over the guest that was dining in.
We paid over 88.00 for poor service and low quality food.
There was also other people that had waited for too long that eventually canceled their order.
I honestly don't think we will be returning.
