Worth the hype

We purchased dinner for our family of 11 and will NEVER return. We ordered 5 of the T-Bone dinners all were incorrectly cooked and three of them tasted like they were left under a warmer for hours; 4 of the sandwich meals and 2 of the chicken tender meals. The baked potatoes were nearly inedible even after adding butter, ranch, and/or cheese (depending on the child). The french fries were all cold and also tasted like they had been sitting under warmers for hours. They were out of the sirloin and shrimp; so we attempted to add shrimp to our steak meals, all shrimp were forgotten. None of the 5 dinners had the Texas toast; that was said to come with them. We attempted to contact the location after the Shrimp debacle call and they declined all 3 numbers with the same area code but answered right away for my other number. Weird? We did attempt to contact their sister store in Albany and were assured an Area Manager would address our concerns. 2 days later and no one has called. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone but can assure you that anyone who asks me will hear of this experience. As a new member of the community and a proud supporter of local business this type of service makes me saddened. I can assure you that WE will not be eating at this or any affiliated eatery any time in the near future or ever again.

The last 2 times we visited your place it was a disaster. Tonite they gave our order to someone else after we had waited 35 minutes. Last week we asked if we could substitute sliced tomatoes for a salad with our country fried steak but was charged for the salad and tomatoes and they refused to adjust the bill. We will not be back and will not recommend you to anyone. Previously we ate there 3 or 4 times a week but the service has gone downhill .

Eat here twice a month when I work in Worth County, which began 12/15. Great food, great service, servers remember me.
