Staying at the Holiday Inn next door turned out to be a culinary adventure thanks to a guest who raved about this hidden treasure. I'm usually indifferent to Mexican cuisine, but after diving into the Loco special-with all that shrimp, chicken, beef, and bacon wrapped in warm tortillas-I was ready to change my tune. The portion size was jaw-dropping, the flavors were out of this world, and even with a little service hiccup on a busy Friday, the food was so good that I'd happily stroll back for another round!
