Hard to believe I've been eating at Mr chick 4 over 25 years now. I can remember when my daddy used to bring me there to eat and now I'm doing the same with my kids. All around great family place. But most importantly the food is awesome.

We have been going to Mr. Chick for years the last time I ordered oysters they were cooked just right I bragged to everyone about them. Today was such a disappointment they were way over cooked I could not taste the oysters they were hard so I tried to eat the middle and threw the rest away. If I ever get them again I will be sure to ask them to not OVER cook them.

The food is always fresh, hot, and served quickly. The staff is great and always polite. The owners are very personal and approachable. The fried catfish is hot, tender inside, crispy outside, and seasoned just right. Grilled steaks are juicy and flavorful. Bloomin ONions are excellent. Smoked porkchops are "off-the-chain" good. Grilled shrimp are wonderful. Go there and get fed!
