One of my favorite breakfast spots in town has consistently delivered delicious meals, and my recent lunch visit only deepened my appreciation. The cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and fresh bagels make it a must-visit whenever I'm in Saint Simons Island.

Sandy Bottom Bagels.. hands-down one of the best places to eat on earth. You're probably thinking, "what's so special about a bagel?" Well first off, they are made fresh daily. Fresh bread is good, but fresh bagels are excellent. The flavor packed into the bagels, even eating plain is incredible. Seriously drooling thinking about it right now. Now for the sandwiches and sides: I know that any time I try something new, I won't be disappointed. I've had breakfast and lunch there and am always so impressed. Everything is so fresh and flavorful. Take it to the next level by ordering soup with a sandwich and dipping. If I could go every day, I would. If you haven't visited yet, GO!!! I recommend bacon, egg, and cheese bagel for breakfast (and I don't like eggs often!); for lunch, you HAVE TO get the Boo Gator.
