The barbecue here is absolutely fantastic, and the food exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. I can't wait to return for more delicious ribs and brisket!

I totally agree with the last review. Children running all of the locations. They are all dirty and serve substandard foods. I visited the Byron location today. Ordered a sandwich the meat was dried brown/orange it looked like he had been warmed for days!!! The bathroom front door and dining area were all dirty. I ask if ownership had changed and the girl said no. Threw the food in the trash and left. Went down to FRESH MARKET and purchased a freshly cooked Boston Butt AND BUNNS CHIPS etc . Wasted the money at Georgia Bobs save the moneys it's awful!!

This is my third instance with issues at Georgia bobs in byron. And management never seems to care. I've written the corporate office via their website, called the store and complained as well as expressed my concerns in person.
The staff is typically a group of oily teenagers who brush off any complaint or concern of customers. The prices are high enough here ($3 for a condiment cup size of a side) to where I should be able to expect better service than McDonald's. Funnily enough the McDonald's right across the street has excellent customer service.
I have had overcharges, bones in my chicken salad, multiple mistakes in an order (obvious stuff like giving me a tiny side instead of a completely different appetizer). Any and every time I have ever spoke with anyone who works here about these issues, they have NEVER offered a refund or even an apology!
In every instance the children running this place tell me the list of reasons why it's not their fault, it's normal and basically act like I'm wrong for having an issue and shoo me away without any smile, thank you or apology to speak of!
My family and I used to eat here regularly, it's right next to our home and offers more balanced meals than fast food. However that was years ago and this place is a sloppy, shameful excuse of what it once was.
I do hope whoever runs this dive sees their declining service before they cause real harm to a customer (like a child swallowing a chicken bone in their sandwich).
Customers beware! They will rob you for a spoonful of canned beans and tell you it's your fault if they're rotten!!
