I always order the Hibachi steak and rice with veggies, It was always fresh and the steak so tender but now the rice either over cook or the meat is so dry and hardly any flavor, Its use to have so much flavor that I was going about three time out of a week but now I just go about one every 6 month but sadly,I went back today and still no change, This will be my last time😢

Iv eaten at hibach in Albany and it was very fresh and tasted great. However the hibachi in americus was far from that. The chicken and steak taste old and freezer burnt. Pretty sure they are cutting corners over there. Iv known of two occasions were somebody got sick from eating there. Used to love hibachi but now the americus restaurant has me thinking twice about going their no matter what town they are located. I will definitely never eat at the americus location and wish new ownership would take over and right a major wrong!
