Kobe is my favorite spot in Jesup for a delicious and budget-friendly meal! The team there is fantastic and always greets us regulars with a smile. They seem to be constantly raising the bar, and that's why I'll keep coming back for more. Big shoutout to the Kobe staff - you guys rock!

The hygiene seems a little low. There are no hair nets or frequent hand washing. The kitchen is open and seems dirty. The customer service is not good at all, depending on who is there. Most every person working however seems annoyed by customers rather than wanting to serve them. If these things were fixed, they have a lot better business in he community.

So I called to place a order first time called someone answer and I thought they immediately put me on hold then hung up, so I waited thinking maybe they are busy so I waited 5 min called second time no answer called again no answer.So I really wanted to eat at this establishment so I drive there and behold there is 3 table people sitting to so the guy at the register said can I help you I said I could be picking up my order if they would answer the phone his response was the phone broke and that's something I need to take up with the manager and no one is in charge and he want get in any trouble,so I ordered my food and still asking questions about the the phone,so finally he says that he unplug the phone to eat,so I'm telling him that I work in food and his customers service sucks and he's very rude and he told me I was.I Will never recommend this restaurant to anyone and also will address to owner , much money I spent in this place.
Very pissed customer.

Oh yeah after placing my order and he was telling me how he careless who I tell I asked for my money back and the I spoke to Asian guy who careless.
