Pay no attention the the fake video being shared. Papaw was showing a competitor how to pull apart pork and that person decided to video the process and post it years later as something it is not. The meats are all bought from a farm and cured in coolers, not brought by truck as the place next door does. Papaw's smokes everything from fresh, unlike the place next door that buys their meat pre cooked and has a tiny smoker like you'd have on your porch to add smoke flavor. That's why you NEVER see smoke coming from their business and always from Papaw's. We love the ribs and brisket from Papaw's and the pulled pork is always fresh and moist!

The food was not good at all. The pulled pork was very dry. Started looking at other reviews and came across a YouTube Video. Just search on youtube for Papaw's Trading Post and see for yourself. The owner of Papaw's was pulling pork outside and throwing the fat on the ground and bragging about getting away with it for 5 yrs. WOW!!
