Owner is obnoxious and arrogant. Food is not good at all. Drinks were horrible

I just read the two reviews that were really bad.
My family has been going to Riccardi's from the first week it opened.
We have become regulars and have tried almost every item on the menu and them some.
We have never been disappointed.
This is true Chicago pizza.
I give it 10 stars
The staff is fantastic. The go out of their way to make sure we are happy.

We are local residents of Richmond Hill, we tried Ricciardi's for first time.
We ordered a Make Your Own Pizza. It looked good when it was brought to table, but we soon discovered the bottom of crust was pretty burned. Black crust in most places! It was close to inedible. We told our waitress and manager came over, and decided not to charge for pizza.
Good practice on her part.
However we will probably not go back.

HAD LUNCH THEIR TODAY AND IT WAS THE WORST FOOD. ORDERED A HAMBURGER THAT WAS SO THIN THE BUN FELL COMPLETELY APART INTO ALL THESE PIECES WHEN I PICKED IT UP. I ASKED IF I COULD HAVE A NEW TOP FOR THE BURGER SINCE THE TOP WAS IN PIECES. WHEN I GOT THE BILL THAY HAD CHARGED ME FOR THE NEW BUN TOP. I ASKED WHY AND THE GIRL SAID IT WAS THE BREAD'S FAULT NOT THE RESTAURNT!! WILL NEVER GO BACK!
