My husband and I visited this restaurant Thursday, March 31. I ordered a Reuben sandwich. It looked good, but was as tough as leather. I sampled a few bites from different parts, but it was inedible. I told our waiter, but he just stared into space. I then told the hostess and she said she'd tell them (the manager? the cooks?) about it. No one offered to rectify anything. We left and I got a sandwich elsewhere. Feeling cheated, the next day I called and asked for the manager or assistant manager. I spoke with Jarod Brulinger, who took notes and said he'd tell the manager to call me Friday morning. As of Friday afternoon, no one has called. They charged for an inedible sandwich, and their lack of action, despite three attempts to rectify the situation is appalling. We paid 15 or 16 dollars, plus tax and tip, for a sandwich that was as tough as leather and inedible.
