I had an amazing dining experience at this cozy spot. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I'll definitely be returning for more of that homestyle goodness!

My family has been eating here for over a decade and it’s always our “go-to†for dining. There is an unusually high quality to food and service that one might expect only at expensive restaurants, The catfish and fried okra are the best I’ve ever had anywhere in the 8 states I traveled in for my job. The vegs aren’t cooked to mush like many Southern restaurants do. The macaroni salad and cole slaw are better than I make. There’s always ripe (not green like in most restaurants) fresh fruit to choose from. The rest of the salad bar is delish, too. But I would like to see a few more items added. But this is just my taste. The dessert section is also like homemade. The ice tea is great.

Great southern cooking. Love the sweet tea and the country fried steak. Great for family gatherings or just yourself. Can get it to go also. Finally went and I love it. Three times a week if not more they see me lol

Always quick service , food is good for the price I love the chicken fried steak. You won't leave hungry the caution the sweat tea is diabetes in a cup I mix half and half.

I have eaten at several of The MJs and the one in Carrollton Ga is the worst restaurant I have ever been in. The building is very old and in despair, buckets hang from the ceiling to catch rain water. I will not return to this MJ. The one in Toccoa Ga. Is great and also in Powder Springs. Food at these two locations is great.

We were so hungry and so disappointed. Absolutely under no circumstance do not eat at this place. The gravy for the dressing taste like egg drop soup. The dressing was cornbread and water only zero taste. I was confused about the chicken parts. Enough said....10 thumbs downðŸ˜

The Best Restaurant in Carrollton! Great Food, Great Atmosphere, Great Hostess, Great Cooks. Ice tea is off the chain!! Just a wonderful place to bring your family, friends or co-workers. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves great food for a GREAT PRICE!
