Sheryl I am a WHITE woman and I have ordered food from China Express many times. What happened to you also happened to me. It was only an occasional thing at first, but then it got to be like that every single time I went to order. I would see other people getting a decent amount of food placed into their tray, but when my turn came I was shorted badly on the portions. I have completely stopped going in there after my last visit about 2 months ago. I ordered the buttered shrimp and buttered potatoes. She put 3 shrimp and 4 small potato chunks in my tray. I also asked for an order of "chicken on a stick" which is supposed to have a piece of chicken on each stick. One of the chicken sticks was OK, but the other one had a piece of chicken on it about an inch long. I used to go in there once a week, but they lost my business permanently due to their actions on my last visit.

I was faced with a blatant act of Discrimination today while visiting this establishment. A lovely Caucasian lady and I were conversing while waiting to place our orders. Then her time came and the employee piled on the items she ordered as I looked on. Then my turn came and I placed my order and I was in disbelief as she pinched off food items to place on the tray. I then questioned the employee about the difference in the amounts. She replied that she ordered two scoops. Well I stopped the lady and asked her and she said she only ordered one scoop. As I waited for her to defend that lie she had just told, she just stood there blank face and acted as though she didn't know what I was talking about. As I began to walk out the store, still another customer came forth with the same problem. I brought it to the cashiers attention and told her if they wanted select customers, they should post a sigh outside their establishment stating "Whites Only", otherwise treat all people equally. While I will never visit the establishment again, hopefully they will get their act together and treat all who enter their doors for service the same.
