Used to be my favorite restaurant. Went there for a special occasion. Will not ever go back. Filets were raw first time, still cold in the middle, ordered medium rare, rare the second time. Brings back the 3rd attempt and says we cooked you a new one. Flip it over and it is the same one I had cut into. Broccoli was yellow so either overcooked or old! Horrible experience

Takes a lifetime to get served. Needs to improve noise level -- it's horrible.

Usually, I always order a steak, and it's delicious. However, today I order Flo fillet and it was soo dry. Now I am not sure if I will go back and order a steak. Not very happy.
I thought long horn was known for their steaks, but it was not worth a penny.

Last two time have bad food. This time i order sweet potato [when i received it it was hard. Ordered cinnamon butter did no receive any.) I
Tipped $2.00. This was a to go order. Not going back.
