The food we get from here has always been good. I have zero complaints as far as that. My problem is the wait time. On a Friday night at 8 pm I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes behind a truck with 3 other vehicles behind me before they started taking the order of the man in front of me. I decided to pull around and go inside. I was 3rd in line in the lobby and STILL made it out with my food before the guy who was behind me in the drive thru (which would have been me had I stayed) received his drinks for his order. All in all it took 35 minutes to get food. None of the staff seemed to be in any state of urgency and there was at least 2 wandering around aimlessly not appearing to do anything. This I believe to be unacceptable. Something should be done. I saw at least 5 cars leave the drive thru while I waited. Your business is losing customers.
