I found this Chinese restaurant in Statesboro that's a bit pricey, but definitely worth it for the quality of the food. It's a small spot in a strip mall with just a few tables, but the dishes are excellent and made fresh to order. You can grab some essentials at Dollar General next door while you wait for your delicious meal to be ready.
